Lamia Molato, Our CEO and Creative Director is a Fashion Brand Consultant, Trend Forecaster, Creative Director and professor with over 16 years of global fashion industry experience.

As the founder of LammCreative, she focuses on brand consultancy, sustainability assessment, trend forecasting and the strategy of fashion and design. Her work helps companies translate trends into innovative products while optimising their life cycle processes.

She has specialised in her field through studies at Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, and the University of Cambridge. Throughout her career, she has worked with major multinational brands such as Inditex, Mango, Calvin Klein, and DKNY, leading design strategy, product development, branding, and trend forecasting.

Passionate and empathetic, she is a strategic thinker who cares deeply about the prefect execution of the projects. As an impactful and collaborative leader, she resolves in a highly efficient way the most difficult design and creative matters, also sets up great strategies for fashion business.
